Did you know?….
A Lithium phosphate battery is much kinder to the environment than a lead-acid variant. Firstly there is no lead, a highly toxic element to life, and the chemical elements they do contain are much more environmentally friendly and easily dispersed. Also a single quality lithium leisure battery will outlast its lead variant several times over. Thus there are significant reductions in manufacturing and recycling emissions.
Our ambition is a cleaner environment. As a responsible producer of advanced leisure batteries, we are registered with the United Kingdoms Environmental Agency (Battery Compliance Scheme).
We are among the growing number of responsible manufacturers that have pledged to work towards a cleaner and carbon neutral environment for all. We ensure all of the materials used in our batteries comply with environmental legislation and avoid the use of any harmful or prohibited substances by commissioning independent laboratory tests to dismantle and and report upon the exact composition of every component in our products. We also transparently publish these results (See MSDS and ROHS test house data HERE)

We are required to do this in any calendar year we place new industrial batteries on the market. If any of of our customers or in certain cases other end users, require us to take back industrial batteries, they should contact us at sales@ksenergy.co.uk. We will agree the necessary arrangements for the return, proper treatment and recycling of the waste industrial batteries.
