KS Energy batteries are constructed from cells manufactured in one of the most advanced automated lithium-phosphate cell production plants in the world.  In-turn our batteries are fabricated using our unique production process that incorporate our proven two step inspection and test procedure at every stage of assembly. Each battery is then subjected to a rigorous final test including mechanical vibration and 48 hour cyclic charge/discharge stress test. We are so confident in the quality and performance of our products that, in addition to the your normal statutory consumer rights, we offer the following limited 10 year Guarantee on our batteries within the United Kingdom:-

We guarantee our batteries for the stated specifications from the date of sale for 10 calendar years following this sale where during this period, KS Energy UK will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. This warranty will be considered void if the unit has suffered any physical damage or alteration, either internally or externally, and does not cover damages arising from improper use like: • Reverse of battery polarity. • Inadequate connection. • Mechanical shock or deformation. • Contact with liquid. • Incorrect charging  • Incorrect discharging • Charging below or above stated charge temperatures  • Discharging below or above stated discharge temperatures  • Use in inappropriate environment (dust, corrosive vapor, humidity, high temperature, biological infestation). Breakage or damage due to lightning. • Connection terminals and screws destroyed or other damages, like overheat, due to insufficient tightening. • For any electrical damage including: (reverse polarity, over-voltage due to external cause). This warranty will not apply where the product has been misused, neglected, improperly installed, or repaired by anyone else than KS Energy or one of its authorized Qualified Service Partners. In order to qualify for the warranty, the product must not be disassembled or modified. LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY Repair or replacement are our sole remedies and we shall not be liable for damages, whether direct, incidental, special, or consequential, even caused by negligence or fault. KS Energy owns all parts removed from repaired products. KS Energy uses new or reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products. If KS Energy repairs or replaces a part of a product, its warranty term is not extended. All remedies and the measure for damages are limited to the above. KS Energy shall in no event be liable for consequential, incidental, contingent or special damages, even if having been advised of the probability of such damages. Any and all other warranties expressed or implied arising by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to a period of five years from purchase for batteries. Life Support: As a general policy, KS Energy does not recommend the use of any of its products in life support applications where failure or malfunction of the product can be reasonably expected to lead to catastrophic failure of the life support device or its effectiveness. KS Energy will not knowingly sell its products for use in such applications unless it receives in writing assurances that the risks of injury or damage have been fully accounted for. The customer assumes all such risks, and the Liability of KS Energy is adequately protected under the circumstances. The execution of the warranty services will normally be carried out by the Qualified Service Partner authorized by KS Energy for the replacement of all parts or any faulty element which does not need special adjustments. KS Energy assures the exchange of faulty elements solely with the reparation of the product to our premises. The beneficiary of the warranty must provide all the needed information as may be requested. Products must be brought back to the place of purchase. In case no contact can be taken with the merchant, or if he is either unable or not allowed to provide service, direct contact should be taken with KS Energy. The limited warranty is not transferable between the original purchaser (consumer), and any subsequent party.
